E-Gram

Energy Bill Collection Mobile Van from Consumer's Doorstep.
The company has initiated various steps towards consumer care and satisfaction. As per directives from the Government of Gujarat, and to facilitate rural consumers in paying their energy bills, a centralized agreement was executed on 26th July 2022 between E-Gram Vishwagram Society (e-GVGS) and Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (MGVCL). Through this agreement, all E-Gram centers under MGVCL's jurisdiction are now authorized to accept energy bill payments. Consumers can now pay their energy bills up to ₹10,000 in cash at their nearest E-Gram center.
