RTGS

1. I/We agree to pay the full amount of the electricity bill as per the electricity supply code and electricity act; otherwise, my/our connection is liable for disconnection and delay payment charges will be levied as per the company's rules.
2. No payment receipt will be provided for this mode of payment.
3. For your reference, please write down your Ref. no. (For online payment) and UTR No. provided by the bank in case of physical payment.
4. In case of multiple payments made for a single energy bill, the excess amount will be adjusted in the next bill.
5. MGVCL will not be responsible for any charges debited by your bank for RTGS/NEFT payments.
6. All disputes shall be subject to Surat jurisdiction and shall be governed by Indian laws.
